How do I use non-industrial terminals on buses?

You will need to install a stable 5v USB socket to be able to charge the terminals directly on the bus.

How do I use printers with normal cell phones or tablets?

You have 2 options. 1) Connect printers by bluetooth, although they are less stable. 2) Connect it by OTG cable, but in that case the cell phone must be charged on the bus wirelessly, as it is not possible to use the cable to print and recharge at the same time.
